Terms of Sales

These  terms and conditions apply to any person purchasing a product through, a site operated by Lux Prudentia Limited whose characteristics are  specified above. They are deemed accepted without restriction or reservation by the customer,  without possibility of recourse except application of the right of  retraction when the customer makes and validates his order on the site by electronic means. The sale is deemed concluded when the method of payment is selected. At this step, the command is validated. This validation by the customer has the value of handwritten signature between the parties. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted the contents of the general conditions of sale.

All products are described with the greatest possible precision. In case of error, LUXINBAG can not be held responsible. The  photographs, texts, information and characteristics illustrating the  products sold are not contractual and therefore LUXINBAG can not be held  liable for any errors or omissions in any of the products or  accessories presented at the sale.

The choice of products and accessories is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Inability  to use or install the product purchased for any reason whatsoever shall  not be held liable for LUXINBAG and as such can not give rise to  compensation, refund or cancellation of an order.

Article 4 - PRICES
The prices do not include the delivery price, unless otherwise stated on the site. The shipping costs are added to the price of the items in the order. The  prices in effect at the time of the registration of the order are firm  and definitive whatever the subsequent variation of the prices, upwards  or downwards.
The prices are denominated in euros and are exclusive of all taxes, including VAT, which are the responsibility of the Customer.
LUXINBAG reserves the right to pass on this change to the price of the products and accessories.
All orders are payable in full and must be in accordance with the payment schedule chosen by the buyer when ordering. The only acceptable prices are those displayed directly on the site

The means of payment used are the bank card and the services offered online by LUXINBAG according to the country in force.
Until  the full collection of the price, the goods delivered will remain the  full property of LUXINBAG, the possible damages on the products  delivered are the responsibility of the buyer. Until  this date, because the material is considered to be the full property  of LUXINBAG, any damage to the products delivered is the responsibility  of the buyer.
For late payment, LUXINBAG reserves the right to cancel the order in progress.

Any unilateral cancellation of an order by a customer, beyond the legal period of retraction gives rise to damages.
As  part of an anti-fraud check, we may be required to ask the customer for  all the necessary parts to release his order: proof of domicile,  identity document, bank references ...

LUXINBAG  can not be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in case  of stock out of stock or unavailability of the product, in case of  force majeure.

Article 7 - DELIVERY
The delays given on the site correspond to the average processing and sending time of the order. Exceeding the delivery period can never give rise, for any reason whatsoever, to compensation or deduction.

Any error of delivery and redirection due to incorrect entry of the address will be settled by the buyer.

All delivery is by direct delivery to the buyer against signature.
We remind you that you must check the appearance of your package upon arrival. If the package is too damaged, or if you identify a product that is missing or incomplete, you must refuse the package. You must then check the contents of your package. If  the contents of your package is not in conformity, you must by  registered letter within 14 days of receipt make protest with the  carrier and with No  complaint will be admissible to the carrier AND to if you  have not sent your complaint by registered letter within 14 days of  receipt of your parcel.

If the goods need to be returned, they must be returned within 14 working days of receipt of the parcel.

After this period, no claim can be accepted.

The returned goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Any merchandise incomplete or damaged or whose packaging is damaged will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
In case of absence of the buyer on the planned delivery, the supplement of transport cost will be its responsibility. The delivery does not include additional service such as installation or assembly of the equipment.

The buyer has a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to return the goods without justification.
After this period, any return of goods will be refused.
The  goods must be returned, together with the purchase invoice, in a new  condition and suitable for resale, in its original condition and  packaging.
Any  merchandise that has been used by the purchaser only once, incomplete  or damaged or whose packaging is damaged, will not be taken back,  exchanged or refunded.
The  return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer who is responsible  for the conditions of return of the goods and will not be reimbursed.
The refund of the products to be reimbursed is made within 14 days.
Article 9 - WARRANTY
The terms and conditions of application of the guarantee are directly defined by the manufacturer.
You benefit from the legal guarantee of latent defects on products sold and defects of conformity of the goods to the contract.
Warranties on our products are assured by the manufacturer against any defects in materials or workmanship.
Wear parts of all items sold on the site are not guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty. This  applies in particular to wear parts such as zippers or metal parts, the  wear and replacement of which will not be covered under the warranty.
The  guarantees also exclude external damage, damage resulting from improper use of the products, damage resulting from the intervention of a  repairman not authorized by LUXINBAG.

LUXINBAG  can not be held responsible for the warranty of breakdowns or damages  resulting directly or indirectly from the following cases:
- Any unprotected or prolonged storage.
-  Negligence, incorrect connection or handling, maintenance and use of  equipment not in accordance with the technical specifications of the  seller or the manufacturer or, more generally, a defective or awkward  use.
-  Any addition of additional equipment or accessories to the equipment or  use of any parts necessary for the operation of the equipment that do  not comply with the technical specifications of the vendor or  manufacturer.
-  Any mechanical, electronic, electrical or other modification or  transformation made to the equipment or its connection devices by any  third party.
- The customer can not hold LUXINBAG responsible for the after-sales service.
The duration of the guarantee is specified on the relevant product sheet on the site and on the invoice. If nothing is stated on the form and the invoice, the product is not guaranteed.
If nothing is stated on the card, the product is not guaranteed.
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
In case of service (sent to the manufacturer for repair), the costs of sending the product back and forth will be the responsibility of the customer.
For the products, the shipment is the responsibility of the customer, the return to our charge.
In the event of a breakdown, it is necessary to connect to its customer area and to record the data of its service request.
We  will answer you as soon as possible by indicating either the solution  to solve the problem or the return address of the product to the after  sales service and indicating your return agreement number.

This contract shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Hong Kong.

LUXINBAG undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information you provide to us. These are confidential. In accordance with the law, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose your personal data.

LUXINBAG regularly offers promotions, which are clearly visible on the site. Reduction codes cease to be valid once the promotion is no longer displayed.

Customs duties are not included and are paid by the customer upon receipt of the product.
